Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Just a quick post from Charlotte. Yesterday was a long day of travel but all of today's time spent with friends and family definitely made up for it. Here is my "airport style" complete with pretty leopard luggage. I was shocked and excited at how well my handbag matched! Charlotte, North Carolina is such a beautiful place. I will be sure to post lots of pictures playing in the leaves.
I hope you have a beautiful weekend with friends and family!

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Keene and I'm a thrift-oholic. It started when I was about 10 years old, my mom would take my three siblings and I to poke around in her favorite thrift stores. We would of course moan and groan and then end up playing a game of hide-and-seek between the overstuffed clothing racks. I didn't appreciate the beauty of thrift stores then. Now, that I'm older and wiser I make a point to pop by my neighborhood thrift stores often, sometimes shocked at the treasures I find. Finding this coat (with matching pants!) was one of those times. I spotted it in the corner of the Goodwill and decided to pick it up and slip in on. The fit was lovely and it had a great weight to it. I flipped the tag... $10!? What a steal. I went to the checkout counter only to realize that it was on sale for $7 -- purple tag special, anyone? The label reads "All Handstiched, Made in Israel". Needless to say, I left feeling victorious and thought to myself, thanks for rubbing off on me, Mom.
On another note, I'm off to North Carolina for a few days to spend Thanksgiving with my Family. I'm so excited to view the gorgeous fall scenery and to spend a few days with my loved ones. I hope you have a wonderful holiday.
Thanks so much for reading!

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I've teamed up with a few of my favorite So Cal blogger girls for another fun Style Challenge! You may remember our Coachella, Maxi Skirt, and Fashion Week challenges from before. Today's look is all about what to wear on Thanksgiving. Now, truth be told, I will be lounging around with friends and family all day, so my simple look consists of a black tank with a blazer on top and "moto style" denim. It's equal parts chic and comfy. I added in statement earrings (and they're featured -- so appropriate for the occasion) and sparkly arm candy for a little visual interest and to glam things up a bit. I went for a bold lip paired with a matching bag for a fun pop of color.
What kind of outfit will you be wearing on Turkey Day?
Be sure to check out what Melanee, Joann, Laura, Kier, Jamie and Mel are wearing in their Thanksgiving Style looks!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

It's finally Friday, and for today's look I decided to keep things casual pairing a cream colored silk blouse with a pretty new coat that I picked up at Forever 21. When I spotted that this little number had leather, tweed and fur all in one, I just couldn't resist. I decided to pair it with leather leggings and thick heeled sandals for more of an edgy look. A little out of my comfort zone, but right on-trend for fall.
I hope you have a really great weekend!

For today's look, I layered a collared button down shirt under a printed shift dress for a casual preppy look and I added a military inspired button down coat over top to give it more of a tailored silhouette. Shift dresses are perfect for many occasions because they are easily dressed up or down. This one in particular is great because you can slip a pencil skirt over the bottom half and you have a pretty printed blouse that is perfect for a day at the office.

Happy Monday everyone! For today's look I paired a blue hat with an orange and white jacket and a white skirt. I added in gold and silver statement jewelry before finishing off the look with chic silver pumps. Outfits like this one make me so happy because they are feminine, polished, and easy to wear. This could be my fall uniform if it decided to stay this warm forever.
There's still time to enter my scarf giveaway if you haven't already! The winner will be announced on Wednesday so be sure to check back!
Also, my friends Roxy, Melanee and I started a fun YouTube series called "Fashion Patrol", it's similar to Fashion Police but we put our own unique spin on it. We had so much fun filming the first episode! You can watch it HERE!

Happy Friday everyone! Even though Monday was a holiday it feels like it's been an exceptionally long week. I finished my last day of Jury Duty yesterday after a long day of deliberating, so it's nice to finally be back to reality. For today's look I wanted to share this blue baroque print peplum. Torn by Ronny Kobo was one of those love at first sight brands for me because of their bold patterns, thick fabric, and body con silhouettes. And this skirt really spoke to me because I love all things baroque print and the color was just too good to pass up. I paired it with a yellow top, a tailored leather jacket, and layered gold chain link necklaces.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Thank you so much for visiting!
